CPRM support on BlackBerry OS?

I couldn't find this in the official documentations. Does the BB OS support CPRM (Content Protection for Recordable Media)?

The reason I need this is because I want to put contents in SD card, which are not deleteable by users.

Usually, write protection is already supported by the SD card itself.

But it the BB OS doesn't have access to this feature, then I'm afraid that we, the application developer, cannot utilise this feature.

ACMD25 SECURE_WRITE_MULTI_BLOCK, ACMD38 SECURE_ERASE, ACMD49 CHANGE_SECURE_AREA,
ACMD26 SECURE_WRITE_MKB

Re: CPRM support on BlackBerry OS?

From what I know, you can prevent users from deleting items through code by using a CodeSigningKey, but they can still hook the device up to a pc and delete the files.

Re: CPRM support on BlackBerry OS?

Yes, too bad.

And another reason why I don't use CodeSigningKey is the files will be locked, and they can be only unlocked by the phone which created them.
