go through LocalizationDemo of blackberry samples. u can find 

 

Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 6.0.0\samples\com\rim\samples\device\localizationdemo

OR 

Eclipse\plugins\net.rim.ejde.componentpack7.0.0_7.0.0.33\components\samples\com\rim\samples\device\localizationdemo

 

at your local system.
