I cant seem to get the 9000 and 8220 simulators to activate against our BES server. I have activated simulators in the past, including the 8120, 8130, and 8330 simulators earlier today. I have even tried following the instructions in DB-00049.
As soon as I simulate the USB connection I see Desktop Manager make the connection and get prompted for a new password (required in out IT policy). After unlocking the simulator I normally see the Enterprise Activation screen showing progress within a minute or so. With the 9000 and 8220 simulators I dont see this. If I go to Options > Security Options > General Settings I can see the IT policy and Services fields populated.
Any suggestions on getting these two simulators to activate?

Nevermind. While composing my note the 9000 finally showed the missing activation information. I didn't do anything different. I am just guessing that it needed to sit connected for a longer time than I was allowing it.
