There is another one for Macs.  I found this somewhere, I will just see if I can find out where.

Found URL just where you would expect to find it!

So kamal_nigam was telling you to point the Browser there, not use it as an update site.  I must admit that confused me too!

Edit:  Just realised this is the same URL you originally posted.  All I can say is it seems to work for me

Is there a URL for an update site? I don't see anything to do with Eclipse in my "Install new software" window and I need to download a new JRE.

https://developer.blackberry.com/java/download/eclipse is for people without eclipse already installed

What about those people with eclipse installed already?

Apologies, I should have tried http://www.blackberry.com/developers/jar/win/java/ in eclipse.

The reason I didn't is that it goes to a 404 in the browser so I assumed it would do the same from eclipse.
