I am new to Blackberry development and I have a requirement to create an application that would enable to capture the lat/long of the Blackberry device using GPS and post that to a remote server URL. I have gone through both the development approaches, and either one would be ok to adopt considering my technical skill sets.
Can somebody please guide me so as to which approach I should follow. From my reading, I think I should go with java development approach since this would be a rich client application development that could in future support many advanced features. An expert opinion from the experienced developers would be appreciated.
