Code Signing Error

Hi,

I have this rather annoying error for my blackberry 5.0 app. Most of the methods and rim classes are showing code signing errors when I've clearly signed my app and the app is running on my device also. I'm unable to retrive any data from my db but I'm able to write data on my db. please help.

Thanks & Regards

Re: Code Signing Error

please specify "showing errors".
an unsigned application that uses classes that require signing will not run on a real device.
if your app runs it seems to be signed, so most likely there is another issue.

Re: Code Signing Error

[ Edited ]

this is a piece of my code
ApplicationPermissionsManager manager = ApplicationPermissionsManager
.getInstance();

and this is the warning I'm getting

Signing Required: RIM Runtime API (0x52525400): Protected Class net.rim.device.api.applicationcontrol.ApplicationPermissionsManager
1 quick fix available:
suppress code signing warnings

Re: Code Signing Error

a warning is not an error. ignore it.

Re: Code Signing Error

ya But I'm unable to retrieve any data from my db. It's showing File system error

Statement st1 = db
.createStatement("SELECT * FROM juzt_location");
st1.prepare();

all these asre also giving the same warning.

Re: Code Signing Error

a file system error is something entirely different. maybe you can get some details for that?
