Code Signing Key Process
Hello All!
I recently signed up to the forum and I also recently ordered my code signing keys. To add value and hopefully answer my question as well, I thought I would turn this post into a "What is the Code Signing Process?" topic. To the best of my knowledge, I outline the steps as follows:
1. Developer fills in web form and places order for Code Signing Keys through Credit Card
2. Automated response sent back by RIM to the email address of the developer [email address filled in on the form]
3. Within 10 days, 3 emails are sent out to the developer each containing a Code Signing Key
I greatly value feedback provided by the more senior members of the forum to help complete this process.
To get to my problem, I am stuck on step 2 above. I did not receive a response from RIM regarding my purchase. I am very certain that my credit card account was debited because my card company called me 5 minutes after submitting the form and I verified the transaction as legitimate. I am presently on day 7 of the 10 day wait, and was eager to follow up the application process and was looking for some tips on where to begin my search. Is there a specific department within RIM I should mail? If so, if someone in the know could send me this email address I would be very obliged.
