Code Signing Keys

Hey guys,

 

I ordered online some code signing keys from RIM (for $20), I have yet to recieve any kind of confirmation e-mail or anything from them. Its been almost a week now and I was pretty much wondering if anyone knows what is going on? I called customer support and in order to recieve technical support I have to pay? I just want to ask if it has been processed or not......

 

Does anyone know if this is t ypical?

Not typical, but not unheard of. Did you check your junkmail and spam folders?

 

I found this for you to read.

 

It contains this paragraph:

Note: Typically, keys are sent via email within 48 hours of submitting the necessary forms, but occasionally the process can take up to 10 business days. If you haven’t received your keys within 10 business days of submitting the registration form, contact BlackBerry support at 1-877-255-2377.

I read that blurb from their site and tried to call them prior to posting on this forum. On their customer support, they don't seem to want to help anyone who has not paid for their technical support on that phone number....

And, did you check ALL spam folders, junkmail folders, etc?

I just emailed devsupport@rim.com and they helped me out with updating me on my order!

hello y ordered a code signing key on june 2 and  didn´t receive anything from blackberry nor a mail or nothing. what can i do? i need this right away

I have already contact to RIM about code sign and  I have got only one file of .csi but I have not got remain 2 file of .csi yet. I contact to RIM again but the RIM does not reply to me.

 

 

How can I do that?
