I have downloaded code signing keys from email that i got.

I am going through following steps:

Blackberry----->installnew keys----->then i select one of 3 ".csi" files----->then i enter registraton pin and password.

 I am getting message that  "Server Unavailable thgis time. Please Contact your Administrator" "Version Recieved from server is incompatible"

How should i overcome this problem? pls Help.

Which BlackBerry Java SDK do you have installed?  When did you request your code signing keys?  Do you have a proxy server in your environment?

Yes i have Blackberry Java SDK environment. I requested a code before 5 days. I dont have proxy server connection.

Can you try to request a new set of keys?  Also, just want to verify that you didn't accidently click on a csj file (PlayBook/BB10 code signing key), which could trigger that error.

i tried it for 2 different sets of key. Its not working. I have choosen option for OS 7 and lower than 7.

What version of BlackBerry Java Plug-in for Eclipse and what version of BlackBerry Java SDK are you using?

Do you get the same error with all 3 csi files (from multiple orders)?  Are you able to browse to http://www.rim.net/Websigner/servlet/BBApps?  What do you see there?  Please verify if there are any proxy settings in your browser.

yes...I am getting same eror with all 3 csi files. I am unable to open the link you have given. There is no proxy setting in my browser.

You mean you are not able to connect to that URL at all?  Or do you see a page error when you try?  A 502 response is normal when accessing from a browser.  If you are unable to connect it looks like you have some kind of firewall or proxy blocking your connection.  You'll need to clear that route.
