Custom Menu

Hello,

I am a newbie to BB development, I was wondering if I could build a Menu for my application which would look like the default menu in Blackberry 9530(4.7). I have attached a screenshot.

Anyone who has any idea how this kind of a menu can be implemented? or is it possible to attach multiple event listeners to an image at different parts of an image?

Regards,

Suhas

Re: Custom Menu

if u want to have such kind of look in ur application(like bottom tabs in iphone) in any of your created screen then u can----

create a class than contains custom button fields having images that change on focus and unfocus

add object of this class at the bottom of all other components and then add inside setStatus method of screen

like

testClass obj = new Testclass() //create object of that class

setStatus(obj);//add on bottom of screen

u can find many posts related to custom buttons in this forum
