How do I delete an event in the Blackberry's calendar programmatically?
So far I'm able to add events from my App to the calendar. When these events are created is there a special id number associated with it so that at a later time I can just say something like events.Remove(string id)???
How is this normally done. I'm guessing that there would be an event id so that I can only delete events that my app has created.
Thanks in advance.

When you commit the event it is assigned a UID, which I use for exactly that purpose. Along the lines of:
uid = (event.getString(Event.UID,0));
Though to date I've not found a fast way to remove events directly, using that UID. So currently I iterate through the events 'til I find the one with the UID of the one I want to remove.

I want to delete an occurrence of a recurring event. How can I do that???
eventList.removeEvent(strUID) removes the whole series of my recurring event.
But I want to have both options like Delete series and Delete occurrence as in the inbuilt calendar programmatically in my application.
