The Developer Issue Tracker is a web application that provides third-party developers with several new capabilities:
Through this application, BlackBerry® developers can understand what issues exist in the market today, the potential workarounds and timelines for fixing those issues. The developer issue tracker also provides a centralized location to provide feedback to RIM on key areas for improvement in future releases.

That's what I was expecting except I don't have anyone assigned to my issue. I don't consider the issues major, just annoying so I have one on the lowest importance and one on the second lowest. I don't expect someone to be assigned to them until more important issues are resolved/closed/etc.
