We've hit a problem that we're pretty sure is similar to JAVAAPI-173, but we no longer seem to have permission to view that bug. In fact we only seem to have permissions to view 11 bugs. Is this deliberate? Can we apply to get wider permissions?
Phil.

I second what CMY said. Some of the problems that have been found are not API, documentation, or similar issues. They have to do with some of RIM's software or with their operating systems.

The Developer Issue Tracker is provided to allow developers to log issues with BlackBerry APIs or BlackBerry development tools.
It is not intended for non development related issues. These should be reported using standard support channels. Please refer to this link for technical support for non development related issues: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/

Members of the BlackBerry ISV Alliance program are able to view some issues that are not available to the public. These generally pertain to issues with beta software that has not yet been released to the public.

I just tried it and it loaded up quickly. Are you having issues with any other area of www.BlackBerry.com or just Issue Tracker?

That's odd, it was working fine earlier today. Maybe it's under incredible strain at the moment (high traffic?).

I've tried from work and home and both same issue so it's not just my imagination!
