Developer account support?

Hi,

I've an issue with my developer account and would like to contact support. From http://na.blackberry.com/eng/contact/  I understand webmaster@blackberry.net is the address to go to, but on my request for support I get a reply that basically says 'go away, try the community forums'. So here I am, any pointers how to reach account admin would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark Hoogenboom

Re: Developer account support?

This is the Welcome and Introductions section of the forum, not a place to ask questions.

There is a Java Developer section below.

Good luck.
