I have a slightly different suggestion.

 

Search in the installed Eclipse directory for sigtool,bat.  Run that - it should, assuming that directory has been configured with your signing keys, ask you to locate some cods.  Search for the cods you think are signed and open them to check.  As noted I have never signed in Eclipse so I'm not sure how Eclipse does it signing and where it puts the signature database it uses.
