Does Verizon still required a PDE for GPS fixes

I have a new customer who is requesting my GPS application to run on Verizon's network. I've got it deployed all over Sprint and AT+T working fine.

I've read you need to get a PDE from Verizon, but I thought I read a bit back that they were removing this restriction. The application is failing to get GPS fixes on their network.

If they have removed this restriction, what could be the issue, a BES setting or something?

If they haven't can someone point me at the docs on how to get PDE going and what the requirements are?

Dumb Question....how do I know if I am requesting an anonymous fix vs. an assisted one? What is the default mode?

Find which GPS Criteria you are using and then you should be able to find out what mode you are using.
