Error.....attempts to access a secure API.

Hi,

I have an application like a "direct access" ....it will be used to access directly to the blackberry browser and open any url thatI specificied by the application.

In a simulator from eclipse it works fine but when I load that program in the device (pearls 8100) I had a problem as follow:

Error starting XYZ Module ' XYZ' attempts to access a secure API.

the code was something like this:

import net.rim.blackberry.api.browser.Browser;
import net.rim.blackberry.api.browser.BrowserSession;
import net.rim.device.api.ui.UiApplication;

public class AccesoDirecto extends UiApplication {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        AccesoDirecto instance = new AccesoDirecto();
        instance.enterEventDispatcher();
    }

    public AccesoDirecto() {
        BrowserSession site = Browser.getDefaultSession();
        site.displayPage("http://www.google.com");
        System.exit(0);
    }
}

I apprecciate your help about that problem.

Regards,

Carlos.

Re: Error.....attempts to access a secure API.

you are using a rim controlled api. you need to sign the code in order for you to load it to an actual device. you can buy your licensing key here.
