Error: unable to connect to device in blackberry using javaloader

I tried to load th COD file through the command line. I tried like this.

 

JavaLoader.exe  load xyz.cod

 

But, it gives the error like this.

 

Connecting to device...Error: unable to connect to device

 

 

Any help appreciated.

You need to sepcify the connection type:

 

JavaLoader.exe -u load xyz.cod

 

-u = USB

I tried the same also.The below error comes.

 

 Connecting to device...debug: HRESULT error during Open: 80040154
Error: unable to open port

Are you using Vista?

 

You'll need to open the command prompt as "Administrator".

Are you able to connect your device to JDE for debugging or to Desktop Manager with out any problem?

Use Search. "Accept Solution" If the problem is resolved.

Did you install the USB drivers and/or DM? I usually get this error if the drivers are not installed or corrupted.

 

Also, I think the version of the DM and drivers correspond to the OS versions. So I would make sure to have a driver package equal to greater than the device OS.

I didn't  install nay USB drivers or DM. Can I get the link to download these things?
