Exception when i try to update phone number in addressbook

Hi when i try to update phones of one contact in the addressbook a exception is thrown(indexoutofbounds), i read in this forum that there is a bug that is solved in 4.6

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board/message?board.id=java_dev&message.id=4258&query.id=160...

i want to know if in the 4.2 exists this bug.

If i create a new contact with phones it is saved ok but if i update one it throws an exception. Any idea?

Re: Exception when i try to update phone number in addressbook

Have you verified (using the isSupported method) that the number you are adding is supported in BlackBerry handheld software version 4.2? Note that additional fields (i.e. new phone number fields) are made available as the BlackBerry handheld software version increments.

You can see an example of the isSupported method being used in the JavaDocs for the javax.microedition.pim.Contact interface.
