Finished mounting SDCard not part of ApplicationManager.getApplicationManager().inStartup() ?

[ Edited ]

Sorry for a simillar post (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/Detect-SDCARD-on-App-Startup/td-p/1923599)... wondering if sdcard mount/availability is part of ApplicationManager.getApplicationManager().inStartup().  I'm experiencing an issue as identified at http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/Detect-SDCARD-on-App-Startup/td-p/1923599 where sd card is still now available even after .inStartup() complete.  Is there a way to detect if sd card is available in an app set to auto-run, after device restarts?  Please see http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/Detect-SDCARD-on-App-Startup/td-p/1923599.  Thank yo very much.

Any thoughts?  Is this just not possible?
