As stated in another post Flash support is not out yet.
If you want to run your game from Flash you either need to (from a web browser I read about) have the Flash game run server side then pass the rendered visual to an app on the BlackBerry or plugin for the browser.
Your other (more likely) option is to simply wait until it is finished and released.
In the meantime you can try porting the game to a native BlackBerry application.
