I am able to set up a sample code, that returns all the available wifi using:

But as per the API (http://www.blackberry.com/developers/docs/7.1.0api/ (Class HotspotClientRegistry)), two things i noticed:

1. User Interaction is required so that one can install the hotspot client

2. Only un-secured WiFI networks will be returned as result.

Questions:

1. How can we avoid the user interaction ?

2. How can we return all the wifi networks (included the secured ones as well)

I am not aware of any other API or workaround to achieve what you want.  The answers to your questions, as far as I know, are:

1) No

2) You can't.

This question or one very similar has been asked before and the answer is consistently been that Blackberry do not provide a way to connect to any network without the users involvement.  I think that BlackBerry believe this is a security feature.  Search the forum if you want more.
