I don't think there is any way to do this.
Of course, if you have control over the other application, you could implement a simple global event message to tell the other application the end.

This idea is already there with some application like Berry Locator. In that apps when your device is lost just send a message with some predefined subjects and the apps understand that and respond accordingly. This depends on the software vendors whether they want to have it or not.

i dont know about how to send a message but ... i am able to close an application that is not mine ... u need a background application that checks the application which u want to close that either it is open or not ??? and then it closes it ... using event injector class
