How to Update an application without losing Recordstore data?

Hi All,

 

I has the major problem that every time i am updating an application in store, the users says that they lost their old data. But i didn't change the module name & also the RecordStore names. I am just changing the UI of the screens, But everytime i got mails that they lost their data. 

 

Please help me to solve & improve my skills in development.

Just to confirm, you are using RecordStore to keep this data, and not PersistentStore?

Yes peter, I am using record store? Any mistake i had done? Please let  me know the mistake i had done?
