I have one UI App with an alternate entry point . In alternate entry point i set fix time and always check  this time ( use RealTimeClockListener ). If smartphone go to this time, it will push a screen from my UI App. And It pushed succesfully. In this screen have some button ex "New button", generally when I run my UI App and click it, it will push a new Screen.  But in this case when screen is pushed from alternate entry point, I can not make action for this screen , I click "New button " and no thing display.. 

How can I solve this problem ?

you can use a shared service in the runtime store. or post a global event.
use ApplicationManager to post a global event, and register a GlobalEventListener with your application class to listen to it.

did you take a look at the API?
http://www.blackberry.com/developers/docs/7.1.0api/net/rim/device/api/system/ApplicationManager.html shows an example.
to get a GUID you can use the "convert string to long" functionality of the eclipse plugin.
