How to add "support" html files during OTA install

I want to add additional files (for example, a "Help" written as an HTML file with images) to my 4.5.0 application install. I expect that my users will install the app using OTA. Can I add files to the JAD file? Or can I read display html data (BrowserSession) from a resource?

I would like these html files to be embeded, not read over the web. The html files will also have graphics files.

Please see the following post:

You can invoke a browser session with raw HTML read from within your application.  The following links explain this further.
