BrowserField is a class added to version 5.0 of the BlackBerry Java Development Environment. I want to make the application and build from BB JRE 4.7. Is there any alternative to do this. Please help me to do this.

"I want to make the application and build from BB JRE 4.7"

No you really don't.

And you shouldn't, because:

a) AFAIK there are no devices that run 4.7 that can't be upgraded to 5.0

b) The proportion of 4.7 devices around is very small so this is a tiny market

c) It is a lot of work

d) The results are not as good

e) No one on this forum will be able to help you.

RIM do not support OS 4.7 for WebView, so if nothing else has convinced you, this has got to give the impression that you should not try to develop this for OS 4.7.

Edit:

Really should have said this was just my opinion.......
