How to debug a program in a real device?

I read "BlackBerry Application Developer Guide",  and there have a section "Testing applications using a connected handheld ".

In the section, there have some description:

To debug applications using a handheld, the .debug files in the BlackBerry JDE must match the software build version of the handheld.

1. Download the .debug files for your handheld build version from the BlackBerry Developer Zone.

......

But I cannot find these files in the website.

Anyone knows how to do that?

Not that complicated!

Load the cod file to your device and connect your device to computer,

Select debug attach to [submenu select device.]

Enjoy.
