      How to make data of an image into transparent data in circle format . Please give me suggestions.

Sorry I am not clear what you are asking here.

 

Can you give an example of what you are trying to achieve?

 

It is possible to create a Bitmap and then draw onto that Bitmap, then display that Bitmap.  Is that what you are trying to do?
