hello
i was develop an application for blackberry mobile and now i want to start the development of that app for blackberry playbook.....
please tell me what is requireements for that and can we create app in java language ?

if you want to develop in java for playbook then you must develop it as a android application then port it using one of the tools. Playbook native is c++, not Java. There are other options ontop of that with Adobe Air being supported as well as HTML5 via WebWorks

yes i know about c++ and HTML

We all want to work in Java. Unfortunately the only way java is supported is by learning Android and doing Android development for the PlayBook. I for one don't really want to learn Android, so I will be swapping to C++.

Personally I think that you will find ActionScript to be most similiar to Java.
