How to use 3rd Party Cod files?

I have an application that requires the use of a 3rd party library (to interface with a bluetooth signature pad).

The signature pad sdk comes with the SDK .jar file as well as a .cod file.

I'm having troubles building to use the library.  I'm new to this, so please bear with me :-)

To use the 3rd party library, do I compile my app and include the 3rd party .cod with it?  Or do I include the jar?

How would that work?

Thanks!

basically, when compling, you need to include third-party jar file to your project.

when deploying application, you need to package third-party cod file.

Re: How to use 3rd Party Cod files?

When I look into the JAR file, there are already cod files in it.

Would I still need to include the cod files?  Do I need to change the alx and jad files if I do?

Re: How to use 3rd Party Cod files?

Hi everyone!
I work on the application that uses ultralitej database. When I need to test the application in simulator or on the phone should include a file UltraLiteJ.cod.

How to include "UltraLiteJ.cod" in my application (MyApp.cod) and only install MyApp.cod on the device.

I apologize for my bad English.
