I am not sure I should ask this question here but I would try - about ISV

Hi,

 

Hopfully someone in RIM will see this.

 

I start my application to join ISV at last Nov.  I heard in 4-8 weeks I will get contract to sign. But now it is almost 5 month but nothing.

I send email to  Janice Malatches and Alison Power serval tims but no response. I try to call her but volce forever. I left voice message to her and her manager but no response at all.

 

I am not sure why this happens. But even if RIM wants to reject my application they should let me know instead of treat me like this way.

 

On the other hand, if RIM is too busy I still think they should reply my email, right?

I believe they are working on a new contract which will be done in 6-8 weeks and won't be able to process any new members' application until then.  However, someone from RIM should probably help you with this.

But at least a email just tell me what's going on, right?

Anyway I send an email to help@blackberry.net already and no response still.

 

I just do not understand.
