Implementing adds in BlackBerry Aplication

Can any one have implemented adds in a BlackBerry Application,I've tried to use this http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Java-Development/Creating-BlackBerry-add-demo-App/m-p/1914483... ,but i'm not getting out of this Exceptipon?Can any one help me?
