Injecting Message from my application into standard Mailbox

Hello

Would appreciate some pointers on how I can inject/delete messages from my own application such that they appear in the blackberry inbox ?

My application gets messages using http etc but I would like for them to be displayed in one place in the inbox and upon selection of the message, my application should get launched. After the message has been read/deleted in my application, I would like for it to disappear from the inbox view as well.

This is similar to how I have seen the BB Messenger/ Google Talk handle their messages

Thanks

Haven't tried this but you should be able to add messages to a folder once you have the Folder object.

Check the API docs for:

Folder

Message (the RIM message, not the javax.wireless)

Store

ServiceConfiguration

...that should get you started.
