Invoking menu using BlackBerry button

Hi,

I want to invoke the menu when the user clicks BlackBerry button (This button is on BlackBerry 8800 which shows full menu). I am able to invoke the menu using trackwheel but dont know which method to override for BlackBerry button.

thanks

Re: Invoking menu using BlackBerry button

Do you want to programmically click the MenuButton? In your application or anywhere in the system?

Re: Invoking menu using BlackBerry button

Hi javec,

thanks for the reply. I dont want to programatically click the button. It's only when the user clicks on it manually. Only in my application. Also this BlackBerry button is only available on 8100 and 8800 which shows full menu.

Re: Invoking menu using BlackBerry button

Ok, I solved the problem by using super(DEFAULT_MENU) in the constructor of my class which extends PopupScreen.
