just got feedback from Torch users that FilePicker in our app is not working. Screen does not come up.
Can anyone confirm this? FilePicker was not working on OS5 either.
BTW, the app works fine on the simulator of course.

File Picker is working for me in OS 5.0 both on device and simulator but not working on BlackBerry Torch 9800 v22.214.171.124, though it works fine in Simulator.
Has anyone been able to get it working on OS 6.0?

I just got a user bug report of it not working on 6.0 as well. This user had a Torch 9800 running 126.96.36.1997. They also sent me a stack trace from the event logger, which is as follows:

I have been developing an app that uses FilePicker, which was working just fine on both the 9700 and 9800 simulators. When I loaded it onto my Torch the FilePicker does not come up. I'm using the workaround "FileSelectorPopupScreen" example to fill the gap for now.
My Torch is running OS 6.0.0 bundle 695.

You could do a try-catch block around initializing your FilePicker and catch NoClassDefFoundError. Then call it toString() with a popup field. Could give more details of why its not loaded.
