Hello,

I have JDE 4.5 installed and want to sign code. I am not seeing sigtool.db and sigtool.csk file. What to do? Please advice asap.

Also I got only client-RCR-xxxxxxxxxx.csi file from BB support after applying for signing key, what to do for other 2 files?

Have you installed the RBB key yet?  Installing the keys create the other (sigtool.db, sigtool.csk) files. 

Check your spam folder for the other signature key email messages.  Each key has its own message.  If you are unable to locate them please contact devsupport@rim.com to request replacement keys be sent to you.

Now I have RBB file, but I don't know how to install that using JDE 1.5. Can you please suggest?

You should be able to double click on the file.  This link shows how it can be installed from a command prompt.

Thanks for the reply, as with the help of document I have now installed all 3 keys successfully.

After installation, I am trying to sign my code, but its failing and status showing 'Failed See detail'. Detail pane not showing any detail about failure.

When I click on Property button, it shows RBB,RRT & RCR under Registered Signer heading.

Can you please suggest why this happening? What can I do to sign my code.

Do you have a proxy server in your environment?  If so please see the following link.

I am also having problems installing my .csi files. The message that pops up when I open the file is: Unable to find the sigtool.csk file. So I tried manually registering them from the link that was provided but command prompt says that  'javaw' is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch fle... Where to now?

(if javaw is not recognized you either did not install java or did not add the runetime to your path)
