JDWP getting no output whatsoever

Hi all,

I'm having trouble getting the JDWP to show any output in its Output tab.

I'm running from BlackBerry JDE 5.0.0.  What I'm doing:

* Installing my cods in the simulator directory

* Running MDS-CS

* Running JDWP

* Clicking "Launch Simulator" at the bottom of the JDWP window.

The simulator launches fine, I can find and run my program ... but no output of *any* kind is shown in the JDWP.  I don't mean, not just *my* program's output -- no system event output shows up either.  The window remains utterly blank.

I am running Windows 7, 32bit, in case it matters.  The JDWP port inside the "Communications" tab says 8000, ant Attach to is "Launch simulator".

So, I give -- what did I miss/forget to do?

Thanks in advance.

Anyone?  I'm fine taking a dope-slapping, but I could really use a pointer here.

Re: JDWP getting no output whatsoever

JDWP shows log output when you connect to the debugger. Using the launch button doesn't connect to the debugger. There is a start button inside the JDE, or you can launch from the debugger in Eclipse.
