Hello,

I am recieving an error "JVM Error 517 File system currepted".

i m using 4.6. and when i m using 4.5 its working fine. how i rectify this error.

problem resolved.

simply click on blackberry menu -> Erase Simulator File -> Erase File System

and now run..

Hi,

Which IDE version are you using?

There should be Menu like "Blackberry" in every BlackBerry JDE Plugin for eclipse AFAIK.

to tell the truth I am not sure about the BB JDE that I used but when

I follow these steps

window > ...preferenecs >. BlackBerry java plugin I found default project version is 1.0.0 >??

was it right way to get the version ??

Not I am about runing Widget when I found JVM error 517 ???

Hi,

Try with run clean.bat in the simulator directory.

Click clean.bat in the simulator directoy of the eclipse installation path.

The path should be something like:

C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\eclipse\plugins\net.rim.eide.componentpack4.5.0_4.5.0.16\components\simulator

Also delete all *.dmp files from that directory.

What is the White screen of Death and why can't anyone fix it?  I got a white screen on my Storm with this error message.  It will not do anything.  NOTHING!

Verizon called it the White Screen of Death and basically led me to the new phones.  I was NOT amused.  Is my phone really gone forever?
