Java.lang.ClassCastException error in simulator and trying to access secure api in phone for bb app

While i installed my blackberry app in my blackberry phone, it throws the error:

Error starting app_name: Module 'app_name-4' attempts to access a secure API.

But when i run my app in simulator it throws    java.lang.ClassCastException..

I have already installed all the 3 signing .csi keys in my eclipse ide. Checked the option to automatically sign the .cod files after packaging.

Error log shows no error. Console says no error, populated successfully.

Please help me to run my app in my phone with sign in keys already installed, and why the classcast exception is there in my emulator?

Please use plain text.

"Error starting app_name: Module 'app_name-4' attempts to access a secure API." means the app isn't fully signed.  Can you post a screenshot of SignatureTool open after signing is complete?
