MMS Send and receive

I am able to send Multipart MMS, but nothing is shown on received bb device.

Theni thought bout receiving a MMS on bb device to explore how multipart must be build properly.

Is there any possibility to catch all incoming MMSes programmatically??

Two magic lines of code ( which do not work!!) :

iIncomingMessageConnection = (MessageConnection)Connector.open("mms://??????");
iIncomingMessageConnection.setMessageListener(this);

Does anybody how to??

Thanks in advance,

Jochen

Re: MMS Send and receive

It is not currently possible to listen for all incoming MMS messages.  The applicationID of the sending and listening application must match.

Re: MMS Send and receive

Ok. Thanks for that Info!

But is it possible to send a mms to another device regarding no special deviceId (means shown in incoming folder of

other device?!)

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Jochen

Re: MMS Send and receive

Sending the MMS message with a blank/empty application ID should allow it to show up in the Messages application (user's Inbox).
