But how can run the demo in a real device if they can't sign the new key required? Because I installed the new BBM6 in my device but I can't sign the RIMAPPSA2 Key.

Yeap, was fixed in the last release for the BBM SDK Refresh 4 and for the BBM6 Beta

I jsut downloaded the latest and still get this error.

All I'm doing is adding the JAR and putting it inside of the project - do i need to preverify or anything?

Try, cleaning your files, delete .debug, .cso, .csl, .cod and build again.
