I get this message when I load a midlet into the simulator and then execution of midlet also gets into problem: 

Class 'Main_Controll.programExitOFF_DEF' ref member out of range.VM:LALEr=68,h=5192,c=Mobisma42

What does it really mean? The code is:

public String

settingsDefaultAbout_DEF,

' quite a few of these! '

programExitON_DEF,

programExitOFF_DEF;

The midlet works as is on symbian.

Found the cause of the problem by doing a web search
