NFC bluetooth handover

Hi,

 
I am quite new to Blackberry /NFC.
 
One of the task that I have in hand is to initiate a Bluetooth connection on tap of an NFC tag.
 
I hav gone through the NFC-forum specs but am still stuck when it comes to creation of the NDEF message.
 
I am not sure how the mac address of the bluetooth device needs to be written .
 
 
would be really glad if some one could help me and provide  me with an example of the ndef message.
 
the mac address of the device i am trying to make the connection with is BC:3A:BB:03:C8:34.
