Recently, we have a problem for OTA install our application (Sage Saleslogix Mobile) with BlackBerry Device BOLD (OS 4.6).
During downloading the application, the download web package shows 0 KB file size for the application and when you hit download button, the download bar moving but half the way down show “Download Failed” Error. Detailed Error Message: “Invalid 907 COD: Unable to import ZIP file”.
If using other device (OS 4.1), the application can be downloaded successfully. We are using our own BES server V4.1.5 (with new released patch applied) and the application is a big business application, some of .cod files contain sibling files.
Can anyone please provide any solution or suggestions for this issue?
