Just curious if anyone sucessfully registered for ad service other than country = US.  It appears you can not select the state/province if you choose other country

Please try to register again and let me know if you have any problems.  You won't be able to select a state outside of the US, but you still should be able to complete the form.

Just tried it and if I select Canada then i can not select a province because the popup disabled.

why would I select United States if I dont live there?

so are you saying this is for US users only?

The state field will be greyed out and left empty for any country other than the US.  You should be able to submit the form that way for non US countries.

I am from US and cannot successfully submit the form either. I filled out EVERY field but when clicking the submit button, it pops up with "please fill in all required fields".

Turns out that in the registration form, the last name must have a min of three characters whereas my last name has only two.

Milliennialmedia is aware of this. Hopefully they can make some changes. Meanwhile, if your last name is short, you need to pad it up.
