That's one heck of a transaction fee. Who charges 45% interest? My company still hasn't received their keys either, and I go back to school tomorrow...

Today I've received 3 attachment from RIM! :smileyvery-happy:

 

I don't know which credit card they charged for this. Will wait for the bill later. They still don't say anything about the extra charges of USD9.00 on my credit card. :smileysad:

I cannot comment on the extra charges - mine was billed as 20 USD, ordered early December and arrived within ten working days.The keys arrive as three seperate keys that you install.

 

When I changed to a new development machine, it took about 7 working days for the replacement keys to arrive, at no additional cost.

It is the same for me. They have charged approximately 29$-30$ for me. Transaction completed yesterday and they did not send any email after this transaction. Do you kind i should wait an auto generated email for that transaction?

also did you get any information about this extra charge?
