Open media browser programatically

Hello Everybody,

I am downloading the images from server and storing to the particular folder on the device

The location of folder is file:///store/home/user/pictures/folderName

For viewing the downloaded images I have open the media browser then I have to open the Pictures then I have to click on my pictures then

I am able to view the downloaded images. but Is there any way to open this folder ( Directly ) using my application instead of the user has to

browse to the particular folder manually.

That means as soon as I finish downloading the images from server I will display the contents of that folder ( i.e. Downloaded Images )

Thanks in advance.

No, this is not currently supported in the BlackBerry API set.

I was having the similler situation. But i decided to make my own file browser. For this i used Fileconnection Api to collecet my files from specific location and read them in byte streams for displaying it in my applicaton directly.
