The instructions in the jam page stated that you should log into Jam first then sync with BBID -- since you did it backwards, dont know if that had any effect on your issues.

I am able to log in to Jam Zone now with my BBID, but JIRA login isn't working with BBID.

 

Scratch that, typed my password wrong. :smileytongue:

Hi

 

When i first click on blackberry developer zone it first asks for blackberry id and then jam zone id,i followed up the same...still my issue is not yet resolved....
