Play audio over active phone call

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to play audio over an active phone call, so the other end can hear it?

For example:
A and B are talking on the phone.
A presses a button that pulls audio from a resource and plays it over the phone call to B.

If so, what part of the API should I look into?
